Veteran Outriders on Xbox One and Xbox Collection X|S may swap between the console and the Windows model to continue their journey.

If you’re already a seasoned Outrider on Xbox One and Xbox Collection X|S, you’ll be relieved to know that you may move your progress between console and Windows if you use the same account on both platforms. However, progress from other PC storefronts (such as Steam) or non-Xbox systems cannot be transferred to or from the Windows model.
Outriders also supports Cross Play, which allows you to play with players on other compatible platforms.
